QUALIFICATIONS OF THE OBSERVERS AND SELECTION PROCESS

To make observation neutral and credible JANIPOP recruitment committee adhered to the following criteria while selecting the observers:

• Observers are above 25 years of age;
• Observers are educated as per the rules of the BEC; and
• Observers are not politically biased and hold entirely a neutral point of view.
